We’ve been on a winning streak with Tony for 13 years, first at Erik’s DeliCafé, then Mr. Pickle’s. When he moved to The Cheese Steak Shop, Tony quickly found that summer sales were in a slump. To address this challenge, we partnered with SF Giants legends to get a rally going. Recently, we revitalized the brand by developing a new website and tone, positioning The Cheese Steak Shop as the ultimate fuel stop for the lunch rush.
The site immediately garnered attention and awe, doubling in users from 2024 and bringing in high engagement across the entire site. The new digital presence, which supported all advertising efforts, contributed directly to a significant increase in Lunch Special Sales.

Facing a complex business model where the brand personality had lost its shine, we engineered a full-throttle revival for The Cheese Steak Shop. We amplified their bold personality and rooted their new branding in “Authentic Philly” mindset and practice. Simultaneously, we overhauled the customer journey by updating the antiquated UX/UI flow, eliminating obstacles to ordering and ensuring full ADA compliance and accessibility. This streamlined site, revived Philly attitude, and brand-new content created the perfect, high-speed destination for customers to order their favorite cheesesteaks online.
